Allow me to introduce you to Amy.Apparently our two families had been trying to set us up on a date for months and months. It took my Mom's request for me to be home for Christmas (more than just a few days) and a friendly invitation to a game night to start it all. Kudos to family.
We've grown fond of spending our days together and finding fun adventuresome things to do. Like discovering a hole in the wall restaurants with yummy food, building a snow carebear-monkeys, going for a drives ... even to Canada for gelato ice cream. But alas all of it was fun and games until she tore her ACL playing church basketball. She'll be in for surgery later this month and using crutches for a while. unfortunately we had to postpone our underwater basket weaving classes till summer :)
